This is to inform all prospective candidates offered provisional admission into Federal University, Gusau Zamfara State and has accepted the offer of their admission on Jamb CAPS portal for the 2019/2020 academic session that below are the Credentials required for the Clearance Exercise.

Required Credentials For Registration 
1. Original JAMB Result Showing Your Picture
2. JAMB Admission Letter
3. Original O' Level Certificate
4. Senior Secondary School Testimonial
5. Birth Certificate
6. Local Government Certificate/ State Of Origin Certificate
7. JAMB Registration Slip
8. ND/NCE Results Transcripts (Direct Entry Candidate's Only)
9. Primary School Testimonial & Certificate

Note. 
Candidate's without original O'level certificate are to come with scratch card for confirmation of results.
